The Star card from The Major Arcana 💫

The Star card comes after the destruction and dismantling of the Tower, bringing a spirit of dreaming and elevation.
With the Water-Bearer at center, she pours offerings of water from the left hand (connection to the subconscious) onto the Earth, and with the right hand (connection to the conscious) into the well of the Ancestors to cultivate deeper and reciprocal relationship. The posture of this figure represents a sort of humility, and after moving through the events of the tower, this makes sense as it can bring us to our knees. The figure is asked to grapple with the feeling of powerlessness. In the moment, the tower can feel like extreme disruptions to catastrophe.
The Water-Bearer is the symbol of Aquarius, the sign of forward-thinking, innovation, liberation, and revolution. When I see the Water-Bearer make these offerings to Earth and Ancestor, I also see a third energy coming into connection which is the Cosmos. With the Star right above her head, she is divinely guided to be in complete flow and trust- a trust in her spirits, ancestors, the Divine, and ultimately oneself. If we don’t have trust, what do we have? A constant hesitation and stalling, the Tower has already torn down the beliefs, walls, and internalized oppressive forces preventing self-trust. Will you let yourself release the echoes? This past year brought gifts of deep clearing and release, and now it’s time to tend to the foundation of self-trust, self-honor, and faith.
What if you could see yourself as already healed, whole, fulfilled, replenished, and renewed?
The Star card invites us to:
